How to book
your jumping castle?
To book your jumping castle simply call 1300 586 734 or email us at jump@jumpfirst.com.au
What happens on the party day?
On the day of your jumping castle hire, we will
attend to your home or party site and completely install
the jumping castle. This includes a complete safety check. We will
also take you through the operations of the castle
and advise you in how to operate and supervise your
jumping castle party.
How much are the castles ?
We provide affordable party hire from as little as $160. Call or email us for full pricing.
What is the rain cancellation policy?
All of our jumping castles and slides have rain covers to allow your party to proceed even if it's raining. However should you feel it necessary to cancel your party or event due to rain we would ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
Deposits and payment?
A small deposit is required when booking with us, we accept Visa and Mastercard any time prior to the party day but cash only on the delivery day.

How much space will I require?
Our mini jumping castles are only 4 meters by 4 meter
s.
It should be free from overhead tree branches or other obstructions.
Our medium jumping castles require a minimum of 5 meters by 5 meters. It should be free of any overhead obstructions or tree branches.
Please consider access to the proposed site e.g. steps, doorways, gates and slopes.
How long does it take to set up the jumping castle?
The jumping castle will be set up and dismantled by a Jump First Installer. It takes around 10-15 mins to set up the jumping castle depending on the type of access. It takes around 20 mins to dism
antle the jumping castle.
Does the jumping castle have to be on grass?
No, please but please advise us at the ti
me of booking if any part of the jumping castle will on a surface other than grass. We can install our jumping castles on artifical lawn, concrete driveways, pavers and inside halls or gyms.
Can I have a jumping castle indoors?
Yes, you can have a jumping castle indoors. Churches and halls generally have plenty of room for a jumping castle as will some garages, please check with us first before booking. No extra charges apply for weighted blocks and soft fall mats for these types of jumping castle installations. All costs are fully inclusive.
Can I have a jumping castle in a public park?
Having a jumping castle in a Public Park requires permission from the local authority. Contact your local council for more information.
Some public parks may not have access to power. You will require a supervisor (see below) and a petrol blower/generator for the jumping castle for which there will be a small additional charge.
Trained supervisors
If you are having your jumping castle hire in a public place you will require a supervisor. We will provide you with a price for one of our fully trained supervisors as part of our initial quotation. Our staff are professionally dressed in corporate uniform and are trained in all aspects of supervision of children on our jumping castles.
You may even like to have one of our trained supervisors attend your backyard party to allow the adults to fully enjoy the event without the need to watch the jumping castle and the kids.
Does someone need to supervise the operation of the jumping castle?
Yes, a responsible adult over 18 years of age must supervise the jumping castle at all times. There will be training given in the operating instructions for the jumping castle on the day of the hire.
You can hire one of our trained supervisors.
Corporate events and Christmas Picinics and School Fetes and Fairs
You will require one of our trained supervisors for all corporate events.
What power is required for the jumping castle?
A power point should ideally be available within 25 metres of the jumping castle. It can be an absolute maximum of 50 metres before you will require a petrol blower for which there will be a small additional charge.
Can I have a jumping castle on a slope?
Slopes can be ok but please check with us first as some people can be overly cautious and rule out a perfectly acceptable site. Safety will always be our highest priority.
Jumping castle safety
All equipment is manufactured, operated and maintained in accordance with the Australian Standard which is the most comprehensive standard in the world. Jump First Jumping Castles are certified with Safework SA.
Do you have insurance?
We carry $20,000,000.00 in Public Liability Insurance with Lloyds of London. Please let us know if you require a copy of our certificate of currency.
Can I hire a jumping castle on weekday?
Yes - absolutely!
Can I hire a jumping castle after dark (at night)?
Yes, however we require one of our trained supervisors to be in attendance.
